ВЛИЯНИЕ ТАМОЖЕННОЙ ИНТЕГРАЦИИ НА ТЕНДЕНЦИИ РАЗВИТИЯ ПРИГРАНИЧНОГО РЕГИОНА

Abstract

На основе анализа применения видов таможенных процедур, налогового законодательства, изменения динамики внешнеэкономической деятельности выявлены тенденции развития приграничного региона и приграничных муниципальных образований в условиях Таможенного союза. Представлены факторы, отражающие влияние таможенной интеграции на экономическое развитие приграничного региона и муниципальных образований. Выявлено, что высокая налоговая нагрузка отрицательно сказывается на развитии экономики, её конкурентоспособности. Предложены методы обеспечения конкурентоспособности экономики приграничного региона и муниципальных образований в условиях развития таможенной интеграции. ; The tendencies of border regions and municipalities development under the conditions of the Customs Union have been revealed on the basis of analysis of different types of customs procedures, tax legislation, as well as changes in the dynamics of foreign economic activities. The factors reflecting the influence of customs integration on the economic development of border regions and municipalities are submitted. It is ascertained that high tax burden has negative effect on the development of economy and its competitiveness. The methods to ensure the economic competitiveness of the border regions and municipalities under the conditions of customs integration development are suggested.
