ПРОБЛЕМНІ БАНКИ В УКРАЇНІ: ПРИЧИНИ ПОЯВИ ТА ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ФУНКЦІОНУВАННЯ В 2008 – 2014 РР

Abstract

Раскрыта специфика идентификации проблемных или неплатежеспособных банков согласно требованиям банковского законодательства США, ЕС и Украины. Выяснено, что происходит унификация признаков проблемных банков, а ключевыми показателями, которые свидетельствуют о наличии затруднений, являются показатели капитализации и ликвидности. На основе анализа введения временных администраций в банках Украины определены причины возникновения проблем и прослежены изменения в политике регуляторов по восстановлению или вывода банков с рынка. ; It''s disclosed the features of identification troubled or insolvent banks according to the requirements of the banking legislation of the USA, the EU and Ukraine. Nowadays, we observe the convergence in the approaches to identification such types banks and notice the special role of key performance indicators (capitalization and liquidity), which indicate the presence of difficulties in banks. Based on analysis of the intervention of temporary administrations in Ukrainian banks are identified the causes of problems and tracked changes in the policy of regulators: from recovery to resolution of banks.
