На основе анализа норм Конституции России, нормативно-правовых актов в сфере охраны окружающей среды, программно-целевых актов Президента и Правительства России в статье рассмотрены актуальные вопросы обеспечения реализации государственной земельной и экологической политики в сфере правового обеспечения рационального использования и охраны земельных ресурсов субъектами права землепол ьзования ; On the basis of the analysis of standards of the Constitution of Russia, normative legal acts in the sphere of environmental protection, program and target acts of the President and the Government of Russia in article topical issues of ensuring realization of the state land and environmental policy in the sphere of legal support of rational use and protection of land resources are considered by legal entities of land use.
