Abstract

Современная теория общественного развития инициатором многих видов воздействия на активные преобразования в обществе считает партии. В статье, в связи с данной проблемой, сопоставлены взгляды представителей мировой экономической теории со взглядами философов, в основном, Платона и Гегеля. Выяснено, что представители экономической мысли активно развивали идею роли и места партий в общественной жизни. В противоположность им, великие умы философской мысли основой главных преобразований в жизни общества считали представителей различных отраслей деятельности. Обе позиции в статье соотнесены с местом и ролью представителей партий, с одной стороны, и представителей отраслей деятельности, с другой, в социально-регулятивных органах. Общий вывод: стоит подумать о переносе веса при организации института парламентаризма (или нижней его палаты) в сторону непосредственного, выборного участия в деятельности парламента представителей отраслевых видов деятельности. ; The modern theory of social development the initiator of many types of effects on active transformation in society considers the batches. The General conclusion: It is worth thinking about weight transfer to the Institute for parliamentarianism (or lower house) in the direction of direct election, participation in the activities of the Parliament that representatives of sectorial activities.
