В данной статье автор проводит правовой анализ вопросов, касающихся приостановления и ограничения действия лицензии субъекта страхового дела, порядка оспаривании приказов о приостановлении или ограничении действия лицензии, приводит примеры судебной практики, формулирует возможные уточнения действующего законодательства. ; In this article the author carries out a legal analysis of issues related to the suspension and restrictions of the license of the subject of the insurance business, the order of appealing decrees on suspension or restriction of validity of the license, gives examples of judicial practice, formulates possible clarification of the current legislation.
