Abstract

В силу сознательного нарушения должностными лицами, круг которых определен Уголовным Кодексом Российской Федерации, запрета, установленного указанным Законом, а также на основе изучения судебной практики, автор статьи делает попытку определения специфики должностной преступности военнослужащих как социального явления. В статье приводятся примеры наиболее ярких на взгляд автора приговоров гарнизонных военных судов. ; The effect of deliberate violation by officials, which is determined Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the prohibition specified by this Law, as well as based on the study of the judicial practice, the author of the article makes an attempt to determine the specifics of official military crime as a social phenomenon. The article provides examples of the brightest in the opinion of the author of sentences of the military courts.
