Abstract

Принятие условий ВТО для отечественного сельского хозяйства привело к изменению его финансирования и государственного регулирования производства. Целью исследования является выявление основных проблемных аспектов реализации положений действующего законодательства в сфере сельского хозяйства с учетом условий ВТО. В качестве решения выявленных проблем предлагаются авторские предложения по совершенствованию законодательства для успешного развития отечественного сельхозтоваропроизводителя. ; Acceptance of World Trade Organization conditions for native agriculture led to the change of its financing and state regulation of production. The purpose of the research is the revelation of the basic problem aspects of the operating legislation regulations realization in agriculture sphere taking into account World Trade Organization conditions. As a solution of the revealed problems authorial propositions are suggested on perfecting legislation for the successful development of native agricultural commodity producer.
