Abstract

В статье автор пытается выяснить особенности массового сознания на Востоке, справедливо полагая, что они кардинально отличаются от представлений и политической культуры на Западе. Для решения этой задачи он рассматривает как общие подходы, выработанные в социальной психологии к феномену массового сознания, так и выясняет «восточную» специфику этого явления. Автор отстаивает концепцию равноправия цивилизаций, подчеркивает необходимость их диалога, а не конфликта. Выступает против так называемого демократического транзита и глобализации мира под эгидой государства-монополиста. ; The author tries to clarify the features of the mass consciousness in the East, believing that they are fundamentally different from that of the political culture of the West. To solve this problem he sees as common approaches developed in social psychology to the phenomenon of the mass consciousness, and finds the «Eastern» the specificity of the phenomenon.
