Сравнивая тенденции реформ законодательства Китая и других стран, следует выделить вопросы законотворчества в области энергоресурсов: принятие китайского закона об энергоресурсах, закрепление основного принципа китайского законодательства в области энергоресурсов, создание китайской юридической системы в области энергоресурсов и исполнение китайского закона об энергоресурсах. ; Being the second country in energy production and consumption around the world, China today is facing the problems of energy resources safety.
