ООН и глобальное управление: эколого-аксиологический аспект

Abstract

Для решения глобальных экологических проблем необходим глобальный уровень управленческих структур. Соответственно и система ценностных установок также должна отражать специфику именно космополитического подхода к решению глобальных управленческих задач, прежде всего, в контексте формирования системы глобального мышления. Требуется сформировать новую мировоззренческую картину мира, для чего необходимо в рамках структурных изменений ООН создать глобальную сеть школ ООН «Глобальные ментальные стандарты для глобального управления». ; The idea of "global governance" is one of the most discussed items in the scientific literature in the field of world politics. The author analyzes this issue in the context of the environment problem and states that it's vital to understand the necessity of global system of environmental governance and the institutional basement of the UN may be reconstructed as the main political instrument for achieving this goal. But in order to construct the global system of the environmental governance a new global mental picture based on the values of survival idea is essential. The author suggests creating on the basis of the UN the network-system of UN-schools "Global mentality standards to global governance".
