УСОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЕ ФИЗИЧЕСКОЙ ПОДГОТОВЛЕННОСТИ КУРСАНТОВ ВВУЗ ОПЕРАТОРСКОГО ПРОФИЛЯ НА ЭТАПЕ ПЕРВОНАЧАЛЬНОГО ОБУЧЕНИЯ СРЕДСТВАМИ ГИРЕВОГО СПОРТА

Abstract

В статье обосновано методику усовершенствования физической подготовленности курсантов ВВНЗ операторского профиля на этапе первоначального обучения средствами гиревого спорта, а также отражено результаты ее экспериментальной проверки. Определено, что авторская методика позволила повысить уровень физической и спортивной подготовленности, улучшить физическое развитие, функциональное состояние, уровень соматического здоровья, уровень психофизиологической подготовленности и качества обучения курсантов на этапе первоначального обучения в ВВУЗ операторского профиля. Внедрение авторской методики позволит повысить эффективность системы физической подготовки в ВВУЗ за счет развития общей физической подготовленности курсантов формирования «фундамента» на этапе первоначального обучения, содействуя формированию профессионально-прикладных качеств курсантов на последующих этапах обучения. ; The method of the improvement of physical preparedness of cadets of the military institutes with operator profile on the stage of the primary education by facilities of the weight ball lifting, and also the results of its experimental verification are being considered in the article. It is definite, that an author method allowed to promote the level of physical and sporting preparedness, to improve physical development, functional state, somatic health level, level of psychophysiological preparedness and qualities of education of cadets of the military institutes with operator profile on the stage of the primary education. Introduction of author method will allow to promote efficiency of the system of physical preparation in the military institutes due to development of general physical preparedness of cadets forming of «foundation» on the stage of the primary education, that will assist to development of the professional-applied qualities of cadets on the subsequent stages of education.
