Политико-правовая доктрина ислама актуальный и сложный вопрос в истории становления ислама. В статье анализируется взаимосвязь религии и права, основы мусульманского государства, организация мусульманской общины (умма) и ее место в теории и практике мусульманского государства. ; Legal and political doctrine of Islam has been the actual and complex issue in the history of the formation of Islam.
