АНАЛИЗ СПЕЦИФИКИ РЕГИОНАЛЬНЫХ ВЫБОРОВ И ВЛИЯНИЕ ИЗБИРАТЕЛЬНЫХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ НА ЭЛЕКТОРАЛЬНОЕ ПОВЕДЕНИЕ (НА ПРИМЕРЕ ОПЫТА ИЗБИРАТЕЛЬНЫХ КАМПАНИЙ В ТЮМЕНСКОЙ ОБЛАСТИ)

Abstract

В статье проведен краткий анализ последних региональных избирательных кампаний, особенности и классификация технологий, которые применялись на выборах губернаторов Тюменской области и при формировании регионального парламента. Выявлена причинно-следственная связь итогов выборов с применяемыми выборными технологиями. Охарактеризованы избирательный потенциал Тюменской области, предпочтения и выявлена социальная взаимосвязь с экономико-географическим положением регионаThe author in a short analysis of recent regional election campaigns considers severall features of the technologies to elect the governors of Tyumen Region and to form the regional parliament, and classifies them. He further reveals the cause and effect connection between the total of the election and the election technologies that had been implemented, describes the electoral potential of the region, the preferences of the electorate and demonstrates their social connection with the economic and geographical position of Tyumen Region.
