Abstract

This article tell us about features of some canons of legislation of United States of America. Some clauses of legislation of USA, that was chosen by analysis and monitoring purely express the internal politics of the government, that has as its aim the fighting of corruption. It is necessary to note, that while fighting the corruption in the country, we may estimate USA from its absolutely different sides, but nevertheless one of the main way of fighting the corruption in USA is a correct legislation. In this article there are some extracts from the clauses of legislation of the USA, what are possible to compare with clauses of Russian legislation.
