Abstract

Модель возможна только при условии действия в стране эффективной системы информационно-правовых отношений общества и государства с церковью. В предлагаемой статье предпринята попытка соединить законодательство, его целевые установки с необходимыми и адекватными им средствами, ресурсами, методами и формами их реализации в научно-информационную правовую модель достижения целей в церковно-государственной сфере. Выводятся структура, основные направления и принципы создания информационно-правовой модели отношений, факторы, влияющие на процесс ее формирования. ; The model is possible in case of efficient in-formational and legal relations between the society, the state and the church. The author undertakes an attempt to combine the legislature and its objectives with necessary and appropriate means, resources and methods of their implementation into scientific model of achieving the goals in the area of church-and-state relations. The author deduces the structure, the main trends and principles of creating the model of the above mentioned relations, and factors affecting the process of its formations.
