Abstract

В статье рассмотрены современные тенденции становления системообразующих финансовых центров, экономические и политические аспекты образования и окончательного формирования банковской системы еврозоны. Рассмотрены роль и функции Европейского Центрального Банка, как банка банков еврозоны, затронуты основные аспекты его деятельности. ; The current trends of the establishment of the financial centers forming the system, economic and politic aspects of the foundation and the final formation of the euro-zone's banking system are discussed in the article. The role and functions of the European Central Bank as «the bankofthe banks of euro-zone» and the main aspects of its activity are considered in the article.
