Abstract

Анализируются исследования вопросов народовластия в политико-правовой мысли крупнейших представителей дореволюционной России. Автором критически рассмотрены труды правоведов, крупных государственных деятелей и представителей творческой интеллигенции, занимавшихся поиском оптимальной модели социально-экономического и политического развития общества. Особый интерес представляют работы, выполненные в период становления конституционной монархии в России, с учетом практического участия населения в отправлении высших законодательных функций. ; Study examines the issues of democracy in political thoughts to the legal representatives of the major pre-revolutionary Russia. The author has examined the critical writings of jurists, statesmen, and large representatives of intellectuals, who were searching for an optimal model of socio-economic and political development of a society. Works that had been made during the formation of a constitutional monarchy in Russia are of a special interest, taking into account the practical involvement of people in the administration of the highest legislative functions.
