Abstract

Lists the main standards that affect the field of disability, from the standpoint of access to information through new technology, nationally and, more briefly, at the international level. Besides, it aims to outline the current situation of the tax measures of this group need the protection of the public authorities. The collection includes the most current rules, only those provisions that expressly refer to the subject and an instructive and educational interpretation of it. ; Se recogen las principales normas que afectan al sector de la discapacidad, desde el punto de vista de acceso a la información a través de las nuevas tecnologías, a nivel nacional y, de forma más sucinta, a nivel internacional. Además, se pretende esbozar el panorama existente de las medidas fiscales dirigidas a este colectivo necesitado del amparo de los poderes públicos. La recopilación comprende la normativa más actualizada, únicamente con aquellos preceptos que expresamente hacen referencia a la materia y una interpretación instructiva y didáctica de la misma.
