A generic environmental protection model of Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) confronted with local specifities CALM research project approach ; Un modèle générique de conservation des Aires Marines Protégées à l'épreuve du local : Démarche du projet de recherche CALM

Abstract

International audience ; This poster aims to present the research approach of the CALM project (Conservation of Coastal and Maritime Areas): the scientific context, the problem and hypothesis, the study areas (13 Marine Protected Areas on 5 continents) and the methodology adopted to characterise the components of the generic model for the conservation of coastal and maritime biodiversity and to identify and analyse, in a comparative manner, the main processes of local adaptation or reinvention of a generic environmental protection system. The poster also locates and presents the main characteristics of the 13 MPAs studied. ; Ce poster vise à présenter la démarche de recherche du projet CALM (Conservation des Aires Littorales et Maritimes) : le contexte scientifique, la problématique et hypothèse, les terrains d'étude (13 Aires Marines Protégées sur 5 continents) et la méthodologie adoptée pour caractériser les composantes du modèle générique de conservation de la biodiversité littorale et maritime et pour identifier et analyser de façon comparative les principaux processus d'adaptation ou réinvention locale d'un dispositif générique de protection de l'environnement. Le poster situe et présente également les principales caractéristiques des 13 AMP étudiées.
