Abstract

Интенсивное развитие международного сотрудничества, особенности современного этапа реализации государственной миграционной политики требуют реформирования миграционного законодательства Республики Беларусь. Среди важнейших направлений особое значение имеет совершенствование законодательства, регламентирующего административную ответственность иностранных граждан и лиц без гражданства за нарушение режима пребывания в Республике Беларусь. На основании анализа национальной правовой базы, научной литературы и статистических данных сформулирован вывод о необходимости совершенствования законодательных норм, устанавливающих административную ответственность иностранных граждан и лиц без гражданства за нарушение режима пребывания в Республике Беларусь. ; Intensive development of international cooperation, features of the current stage of implementation of state migration policy stimulate the need for the development of migration legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
