This article is a continuation of studies devoted to the interaction of the region and its banking system. The research object in this article is the banking system of the Rostov region, the Southern Federal District, and its impact on the acceleration of socioeconomic development of both the regions. The subject of the study is interaction of banks with the real sector of the economy and the population of the region. The authors analyzed the scientific sources exploring the interaction of the banking and real sectors of the economy and methodological approaches to the analysis of banking activities's effects on the region and its socio-economic indicators. Based on econometric modeling, quantitative and qualitative regularities of the indicators are revealed. As a result, authors concluded that the growth in the total volume of profits received by existing credit institutions contributes to the growth of such important socio-economic indicators like Gross Regional Product, internal costs of research and development, labor productivity, fixed asset investments, per capita income, growth of deposits attracted by credit institutions, as well as the growth in the amount of debt on loans extended by credit institutions to legal entities and individuals. ; peer-reviewed

ÖZET BANKACILIKTAKİ HİZMETLERİN 2020 YILINDAKİ GELECEĞİ Bankaların rekabet güçleri için geleceği şimdiden görmek çok önemlidir. Bu tezin amacı bankacılığın gelecekteki başarı potansiyellerinin bulunması ve bankacılıktaki hizmetlerin geleceği hakkında senaryolar yazmak olacaktır. Diğer bir deyişle bu tezdeki amacımız senaryolarla bankacılıkta geleceğin yönetimi olacaktır. Gelecek potansiyelleri takip etmek için en uygun metot "Senaryo Yönetimi"dir. Bu metod, gelecek potansiyelleri bulmak için gerekli sistematik bakış açılan sağlayacaktır. Bu tezde araştırılan problem, gelecekte bankacılık hizmetlerinin gelişen bilgisayar teknolojisiyle nasıl olacağı olacaktır. İlk olarak günümüzdeki ödeme sistemleri analiz edilmiştir. Nakit, yan nakit ve nakit olmayan ödeme tipleri gözlenmiştir. Sonra bir sistem haritası ve etki faktörleri katalogu çıkarılmıştır. The aim of this thesis is finding the future success-potentials for Banking and writing scenarios about the future of the services in Banking in other words finding Management of the Future with Scenarios in Banking. The most-suitable instrument to track down future potentials is Scenario-Management. It enables a systematic supply of visionary views to find future-potentials. The problem is how the future of services in Banking with the developing Information Technology will be. Firstly, the current payment systems were analyzed. It has observed that there are cash, half-cash and cashless payment types. Then the system picture was made and the influence factors catalogue is built. For the influence factors catalogue, totally 76 influence factors are found in the various influence areas like politics, economy, society, technology, consumer, industry, product and service transfer and payments system. Among the influence factors, the 16 key factors are selected. Then with the help of the opportunities and threats-matrix, the future projections for the selected key factors are made. The scree-diagram provides 7 Scenarios to be developed. By using the environmental influence factors, the area scenarios are developed and by using the internal influence factors, the system scenarios are developed. In the view of these scenarios, the payments system scenarios are developed. Then by using the payments system scenarios, the development paths are mapped and the possible future of the services in the banking activities is discussed.
The article examines certain types of banking crimes in pre-revolutionary and modern Russia; establishes a direct dependence of the appearance of previously unknown crimes on the range of banking services provided to clients; analyzes modern problems of law enforcement in this area.
The article shows the importance of key performance indicators in banking activities, the factors that determine the key performance indicators, the reasons for choosing a specific key performance indicator and the correct use of key performance indicators. The analysis of key performance indicators used in banking activities was carried out. The general classification of key performance indicators most often used in banking activity is given. Comparative analysis of the listed credit organizations on the main banking key performance indicators were carried out. To assess the effectiveness of credit institutions, economic and mathematical modeling is presented. The resulting factor of the model is the bank multiplier, and the independent variables are the most frequently used in the banking activity key performance indicators. Based on the economic and mathematical modeling, the forecasted values are computed, calculated as a trend over the last two years for all independent variables and a bank multiplier. The expert commentary is drawn from the prediction measures of the independent variables for the last two years. In addition, the article lists the reasons for the fall in the bank multiplier among the listed credit organizations

The аrticle analyses standards of the bank law of the CIS countries concerning legal regulation of foreign banking activity. On the basis of studying of provisions of the relevant laws, the author suggests entering of corresponding changes and additions into the banking law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
