In today's digital era, photography has experienced a transformative shift, revolutionizing how we capture, share, and engage with images. Advancements in technology and the widespread availability of digital devices have made photography more accessible than ever. This has resulted in a proliferation of visual content across various platforms, shaping our visual culture and influencing societal perceptions. With the rise of social media and online platforms, photography has become a powerful tool for self-expression, storytelling, and documentation. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to identify the relationship between communication technology, image technicalities, and image narrative in documentary photographic images World Top 20 Environmental Photography Winner 2020 to audience awareness in the digital age. A quantitative approach (content analysis) was used to answer the study's objectives. The study data set was analyzed using IBM SPSS software version 27 to see whether there is a significant relationship. The study results found that the highest βeta value was the narrative image variable of 0.939, followed by the βeta value of the technical image of 0.035, and the last is the βeta value of the communication technology of 0.025. This suggests that image narrative variables are significantly related to interpreting documentary photo images of environmental issues that shape consciousness. The study's implications are anticipated to provide stakeholders insights into the critical elements of photography, serving as a guide for producing high-quality photographic images with meaningful content and effectively educating the public about environmental issues.
The global COVID-19 mass vaccination program has created a polemic amongst pro- and anti-vaccination groups on social media. However, the working mechanism on how the shared information might influence an individual decision to be vaccinated is still limited. This study embarks on adopting the elaboration likelihood model (ELM) framework. We examined the function of central route factors (information completeness and information accuracy) as well as peripheral route factors (experience sharing and social pressure) in influencing attitudes towards vaccination and the intention to obtain the vaccine. We use a factorial design to create eight different scenarios in the form of Twitter posts to test the interaction and emulate the situation on social media. In total, 528 respondents were involved in this study. Findings from this study indicated that both the central route and peripheral route significantly influence individually perceived informativeness and perceived persuasiveness. Consequently, these two factors significantly influence attitude towards vaccination and intention to obtain the vaccine. According to the findings, it is suggested that, apart from evidence-based communication, the government or any interested parties can utilize both experience sharing and social pressure elements to increase engagement related to COVID-19 vaccines on social media, such as Twitter.

An election manifesto reflects the vision of a political party in its effort to gain support from potential voters to win seats. Most political parties will produce manifestoes that promise development projects to drive the country's economy, provide employment opportunities as well as combat abuse of power. The 2021 Sarawak State Election (SSE21) was an election that attracted the attention of state and federal observers. For the first time, the Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) was contesting after the disbandment of Sarawak Barisan Nasional (BN) in 2018. In addition, it was also the first election for the new Sarawak Chief Minister, Abang Johari Openg. SSE21 was the first battleground for several Sarawak nationalist parties such as Parti Sarawak Bersatu (PSB) and Parti Bumi Kenyalang (PBK). Using critical discourse analysis, this article aims to analyse the content of GPS, PSB and PBK's manifestoes. The focus of this study is the issue of state nationalism, state development and inter-ethnic relations presented in the manifesto.
Pandemic Covid-19 has greater impact on people's lives in all aspects, including economy. The large-scale social restriction policy (PSBB) implemented by the government has restricted the movement of people from one place to another. Then it is suggested to work from home, study from home, or shop from home. As a result, informal sector businesses particularly transportation sub-sector. This research aims to see the impact of Covid-19 pandemic on the economy of people who work in the informal sector, especially the transportation sub-sector. This research was conducted in Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra Province in the second quarter of 2020. The population was public transportation workers and sample was minibus taxi drivers or motor taxi bikers. The data collected through a questionnaire, presented in table form and analyzed descriptively by using statistics. The results show Pandemic Covid-19 affect their income. The income of workers in this subsector decreased by 56% so that some workers chose to leave this job or switch to other jobs. This condition results in unfulfilled household needs, so they have to use existing savings, do savings, and rely on special assistance in handling Covid-19, even some wives have also had to work to help the family economy.

This paper examines how the partnership was established between the Sleman Government and the peasant group of Tri Tunggal in Wonorejo—a policy appropriate partnership. It is known that the perceived policy sometimes turns things around with what is in the field or the right target regulations according to the needs of the community. This article is based on two theories, top-down policies and social capital as a form of organizing peasant groups. In answering the question, in fact, this article is an extension of the design of a qualitative research model that describes, analyzes, and interprets field data in a narrative way. For that, the method of interviewing, observation, and documentation is chosen to complete the data until it can be interpreted into the new meaning of science. Thus, this research has produced some interesting findings, such as government partnership to peasant group of Tri Tunggal with the approach of counseling, mentoring, and marketing of the agricultural product. As a matter of fact, the regulation is a reference for the government in empowering peasant groups.Tulisan ini mengkaji tentang bagaimana kemitraan yang dibangun antara Pemerintah Sleman dengan Kelompok Tani Tri Tunggal Wonorejo—kemitraan yang sesuai dengan kebijakan. Diketahui bahwa kebijakan yang dipersepsikan terkadang berbalik keadaan dengan apa yang ada di lapangan atau regulasi yang tepat sasaran sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat. Artikel ini didasari atas dua teori, kebijakan yang bersifat top down dan modal sosial sebagai bentuk pengorganisasian kelompok tani. Dalam menjawab persoalan tersebut, sebetulnya, artikel ini merupakan pengembangan dari desain model penelitian kualitatif yang menggambarkan, menganalisa, dan menginterpretasikan data lapangan secara naratif. Untuk itu, metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dipilih untuk melengkapi data hingga dapat ditafsirkan ke dalam makna baru keilmuan. Dengan begitu, riset ini melahirkan beberapa temuan menarik, antara lain kemitraan yang dilakukan pemerintah kepada kelompok tani Tri Tunggal dengan pendekatan penyuluhan, pendampingan, dan pemasaran hasil produksi pertanian. Sebagai dasarnya, regulasi Perda menjadi acuan bagi pemerintah dalam memberdayakan kelompok tani.

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to see the empowerment strategy carried out by the Kalyanamitra Foundation, to see the supporting factors and the inhibiting factors obtained by the Kalyanamitra Foundation in community empowerment.The methodology used in this study uses a qualitative research approach. The data technique used was observation, interview and documentation.The results show that the empowerment strategy carried out by the Kalyanamitra Foundation which focuses on empowering women shows that the empowerment strategy carried out is related to the Sumodiningrat theory, namely motivation, awareness raising and capacity training, self-management, development and network development which are quite capable of increasing the empowerment of Posyandu cadres. so as to improve the quality of Posyandu cadres in terms of service. In implementing a program, of course it cannot be separated from the existence of supporting factors and inhibiting factors from activities that will affect the community empowerment program being implemented. The supporting factors are partnerships with the government, private and public, high enthusiasm and response, interesting methods and media, and material with a gender perspective. The inhibiting factors are the regeneration of Posyandu cadres, minimum budget or funds, the activity of Posyandu cadres, and support from the government as well as the surrounding community.Keywords: empowerment strategy; community assistance; posyandu cadreAbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pemberdayaan yang dilakukan Yayasan Kalyanamitra, mengetahui faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat yang didapat oleh Yayasan Kalyanamitra dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat.Metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemberdayaan yang dilakukan Yayasan Kalyanamitra yang berfokus pada pemberdayaan perempuan terlihat bahwa strategi pemberdayaan yang dilakukan berkaitan dengan teori Sumodiningrat yaitu motivasi, peningkatan kesadaran dan pelatihan kemampuan, manajemen diri, pembangunan dan pengembangan jaringan yang terbilang cukup mampu dalam meningkatkan keberdayaan kader Posyandu sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas kader Posyandu dalam segi pelayanan. Dalam pelaksanaan suatu program tentu tidak terlepas dari adanya faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dari kegiatan yang akan berpengaruh pada keberhasilan program pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dilaksanakan. Faktor pendukungnya yaitu kemitraan dengan pemerintah, swasta maupun masyarakat, antusias maupun respon yang tinggi, metode dan media yang menarik, dan materi berperspektif gender. Business markets are complex. Sellers have to deal with customised demand, both passive and active markets, multi‐person interactions and interconnected relationships. Reports the case study of HDoX, a producer of hydrogen peroxide, an industrial chemical that has wide applications from the disinfecting of equipment in the foodstuffs industry to the bleaching of paper pulp. Focuses on HDoX's practices for retention of its business customers, specifically, its industrial bulk users of hydrogen peroxide, through adaptation and bonding. HDoX's customer retention practices are not part of an explicit retention plan but, instead, emerged as a result of HDoX's continuous adaptation to customers and other members of its business network. The process of retaining industrial business customers is dynamic and contextualised and involves managing multi‐dimensional bonds between the seller, customers and other members of the business network.
Traffic congestion is one problem in Banjarmasin. Congestion in Banjarmasin. Congestion in Banjarmasin also supported by a 38% increase in the number of vehicles within the last 5 years.This encourage the government of Banjarmasin to plan a strategy to reduce congestion level in Banjarmasin. One of the solution from the goverment is fly over construction. The located of fly over construction in Ahmad Yani-Gatot Subroto street. The aim this study to identify disadvantage congestion cost and carbon monoxide air pollution cost in traffic when there is fly over contruction. This study can be used to consider the next traffic management. So, it can minimize the congestion impact. This research is using Tzedakis,1980. By calculation component is traffic volume, vehicle speed, vehicle operating costs, and vehicle queuing time.method to calculate congestion cost. The result of calculation congestion cost is Rp. 332.925.803/day. Moreover this research using litmann method, asif faiz method, and world bank method to calculate carbon monoxide air pollution cost. this study compare between the third method and existing air test, to get air pollution result exactly. Asif faiz Method is the best to apply in this research. The result of calculate disadvantage to air polution cost is Rp. 907,588,348/day. enhancement to congestion cost when fly over construction on process is 76% and air pollution cost is 67%.Keywords: Congestion Cost, Air Pollution Cost

The COVID-19 pandemic impact has affected all industries in Indonesia and even the world, including the tourism industry. Researchers have a role in researching to answer the needs of the tourism industry, especially in making tourism and business destination management programs and carrying out activities oriented to meet the needs of the tourism industry. Meanwhile, the government has a role in making policies, especially in the roadmap, for developing the tourism industry. This study aims to track trending topics in social media Instagram since COVID-19 hit. The results of trending topics will be classified by sentiment analysis using a Lexicon-based and Naive Bayes Classifier. Based on Instagram data taken since January 2020, it shows the five highest topics in the tourism sector, namely health protocols, hotels, homes, streets, and beaches. Of the five topics, sentiment analysis was carried out with the Lexicon-based and Naive Bayes classifier, showing that beaches get an incredibly positive sentiment, namely 80.87%, and hotels provide the highest negative sentiment 57.89%. The accuracy of the Confusion matrix's sentiment results shows that the accuracy, precision, and recall are 82.53%, 86.99%, and 83.43%, respectively.

Abstrak Pemerintah Indonesia saat ini menerapkan kebijakan berbasis teknologi pada pelayanan administrasi kependudukan supaya tercipta kemudahan dan efisiensi. Semua daerah wajib menerapkan kebijakan tersebut dan salah satunya adalah Kabupaten Gresik. Dengan meluncurkan aplikasi Dr. Kepo pada akhir tahun 2017 Dispendukcapil Gresik menerapkan pelayanan administrasi kependudukan online yang dinamakan Dr. Kepo yang dapat diakses oleh masyarakat Gresik dengan menggunakan nomor Kartu Keluarga. Dengan demikian maka diharapkan terciptanya pelayanan administrasi kependudukan secara mudah dan cepat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian yaitu Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Gresik. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, purposive sampling, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Implementasi kebijakan aplikasi Dr. Kepo berdasarkan faktor yang mempengaruhi kebijakan publik menurut George C.Edward III yaitu:1) Komunikasi, Dispendukcapil Gresik menyampaikan kebijakan Dr. Kepo kepada register melalui pertemuan tatap muka rutin berdasarkan pembagian wilayah kerja.2)Sumber Daya, Dispendukcapil Gresik mengadakan Bimbingan teknologi kepada para register, menyediakan sarana informasi bagi para register berupa grup media sosial dan memfasilitasi PC serta jaringan internet kepada para register. 3) Disposisi, Implementor Dr.Kepo harus memiliki sikap yang mengetahui tugas dan disiplin masing-masing yang menjadi tanggung jawab. Komitmen, Pemerintah Kabupaten Gresik memberikan tunjangan khusus senilai Rp.250.000,- dalam satu tahun melalui ADD Pemkab Gresik. 4) Struktur Birokrasi, Kebijakan aplikasi Dr. Kepo memiliki SOP yang didasarkan pada Peraturan Bupati Gresik nomor 32 tahun 2016 yang menjadi pedoman pelaksanaan aplikasi Dr. Kepo dan penyelaras tindakan para register. fragmentasi, semua unit kerja instansi pelaksana kebijakan aplikasi Dr. Kepo terlibat dalam proses implementasi karena Kasi dan Staf kerjasama dan inovasi pelayanan Dispendukcapil Gresik menjadi aktor utama karena memiliki wewenang lebih dalam penyebaran tugas dan tanggung jawab kepada para implementor. Saran peneliti adalah menambah sarana sosialisasi kepada pihak eksternal, melakukan survey dan fasilitasi ulang, menambah agenda pertemuan tatap muka rutin. All regions must implement the policy and one of them is Gresik Regency. By launching Dr. Kepo application at the end of 2017 Department of Population and Civil Registration Gresik District implements an online population administration service called Dr. Kepo that can be accessed by Gresik community by using family card number. Thus it is expected to create population administration services easily and quickly. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The research location is the Gresik Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, purposive sampling, and documentation. The data analysis technique is done by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show policy implementation of Dr. Kepo application based on factors that influence public policy according to George C.Edrwad III, namely:1.) Communication, Department of population and civil registration Gresik district conveys Dr. Kepo policy to registers through regular face-to-face meetings based on the division of work area.2)Resource, Department of population and civil registration Gresik district conducts technology guidance to registers, provides information facilities for registers in the form of social media groups and also facilitate PCs and internet networks to registers. 3) Disposition, Dr. Kepo's Implementors must have an attitude that knows each task and discipline that is the responsibility. Commitment, Gresik District Government gives special allowance worth Rp.250.000,- in one year through gresik regional income.4) Bureaucratic Structure, application policy of Dr. Kepo has Standard Operating Procedure based on Regents Gresik Regulations number 32 of 2016 which is guideline for implementation of Dr. Kepo application and becomes align the actions of the registers. Fragmentation, work unit of the policy implementing agency of Dr. Kepo application involved in the implementation process because section chief and cooperation staff and service innovation of Department of Population and Civil Registration Gresik District becomes the main actor because it has more authority in the distribution of tasks and responsibilities to the implementers. Researchers suggestion is to add a means of socialization to external parties, conduct re-survey and facilitation and add to the agenda of routine face-to-face meetings. Legal research is a scientific activity based on certain methods, systematics and thoughts, which aims to study one or several certain legal phenomena by analyzing them. Law No.11-2020 is part of the latest legal protection solution that is compiled to help provide solutions to the problems of MSME centers, such as capital, permits and marketing as well as access to data-based government projects. This can be seen in articles of amendment contained in Law No.11-2020, which includes providing convenience, legal protection and empowering MSMEs is placed at the beginning with Cooperatives, which is followed by an increase in investment ecosystem, rapid national strategic projects with protection and welfare of workforce.
