Abstract

the article shows that the leaders of SMEs and PMI represent themselves in the context of continuing training in a context strongly characterised by the classic neo economic theory of supply and demand. The innovation made possible by NICTs in lifelong learning must take greater account of both individual and collective potential. ; L'article montre que les dirigeants de PME-PMI se représentent les actions de formation continue dans un cadre fortement marqué par la théorie économique néo classique de l'offre et de la demande. L'innovation rendue possible par les NTIC en matière de formation continue doit davantage prendre en compte les potentiels individuels, mais aussi collectifs.
