Abstract

Раздел "Международные отношения" ; Статья посвящена изучению сотрудничества между ЕС и Китаем в сфере культуры и образования. В статье рассматривается договорно-правовая база культурных и образовательных отношений, изучаются основные направления развития культурных и образовательных связей и их итоги на современном этапе, определяются проблемы и перспективы расширения контактов между людьми. Актуальность этой темы заключается в заявлении представителей ЕС и Китая о том, что обмены в сфере культуры и образования способствуют развитию стратегического партнерства. Таким образом, делается вывод, что сотрудничество в гуманитарной сфере занимает важное место в системе европейско-китайских отношений и обе стороны заинтересованы в расширении такого взаимодействия. В настоящее время культурные и образовательные отношения между ЕС и Китаем активно развиваются, что, по мнению сторон, способствует улучшению взаимопонимания и укреплению доверия между народами. Однако разветвленность системы контактов между народами еще не гарантирует преодоление политических и экономических противоречий, но помогает ЕС и Китаю лучше понять друг друга. = This article deals with the EU—China cooperation on culture and education. The article presents the legal basis for cultural and educational relations, examines the main directions in the development of cultural and educational ties and their results at the present stage and defines the problems and prospects of strengthening people-to-people exchanges. What makes the theme so important is that representatives of the EU and China state that bilateral exchanges in the fields of education and culture can contribute to the strategic partnership. Therefore, it is concluded that the cooperation in the humanitarian sphere is an important part of the EU—China relations, and both sides are interested in increasing such interaction. Currently, cultural and educational exchanges between the EU and China are very successful, and thus both sides consider that such exchanges strengthen mutual understanding and enhance mutual trust between peoples. However, the enhancement of contacts between the peoples of both sides does not guarantee overcoming of political and economic contradictions, but it may point to a better European appreciation of China and vice versa.
