The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of pulmonary TB disease management with the DOTS strategy at the Jagong Health Center, Central Aceh Regency.The implementation of Pulmonary TB Management with the DOTS (Directly Observed Treatment Shortcourse) strategy in the working area of the Jagong Health Center, Central Aceh Regency has been maximized. by facilitating and providing motivation so that patients want treatment in a complete and integrated manner, case detection can be carried out by health workers or cadres who have been given training to recognize the symptoms of pulmonary TB. The distribution of drugs is distributed to each puskesmas in Central Aceh Regency, from the Puskesmas the drugs are arranged directly by P2TB officers then given directly to the PMO or the patient himself. PMO performance has never been given special training about treatment, PMO only received direction from P2TB Pulmonary officers. Recording and reporting carried out at the Jagong Health Center includes case finding, treatment, and recovery. Suspected pulmonary TB will be recorded and then monitored until the results of the examination have been obtained. Recording and reporting will be reported every month in a meeting at the Central Aceh District Health Office. For the Central Aceh Regency government to further enhance the development and improvement of infrastructure in the health sector so that health services are more easily accessible to people in remote areas.

Abstract: The objectives of this study are (1) to develope a model of learning based on controversy issues that are appropriate for strengthening the citizenship character of student. (2) to prove the effectiveness of the learning model is based on controversy issues developed for strengthening the citizenship character of student. This research used Research and Development method, the place at Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri with research subjects are Biology, Management, Nursing, and Information System students who are taking the course of PKN. The results of the study in the preliminary study phase identified seven elements of citizenship competence that should be developed in a multicultural democratic society which are politeness, empathy, leadership, perspectives, community relations, role in society, and attitudes toward the society of multiculture. The development phase of the model succeeded in finding the hypothetical model, and validation of the model proved that learning model based on controversy issues is effective. The statistical test result, t = 3.253, significance (P)= 0.003. Keywords: issues, controversial, civic disposition Pengembangan Model Pembelajaran Berlatar Isu Kontroversial Sebagai Penguatan Watak Kewarganegaraan Mahasiswa Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) mengembangkan model pembelajaran berlatar isu-isu kontroversial yang layak untuk penguatan watak kewarga negaraan mahasiswa, dan (2) membuktikan efektivitas model pembelajaran berlatar isu-isu kontroversial yang dikembangkan untuk penguatan watak kewarga negaraan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development, dengan lokasi penelitian di Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. Subjek penelitian mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Biologi, Manajemen, Keperawatan, dan Sistem Informasi yang sedang menempuh mata kuliah PKN. Hasil penelitian pada tahap studi pendahuluan berhasil mengidentifikasi tujuh unsur kompetensi watak kewarga negaraan yang harus dikembangkan dalam masyarakat demokratis yang multikultur, yaitu kesopanan, empati, kepemimpinan, perspektif, hubungan masyarakat, peran dalam masyarakat, dan sikap terhadap masyarakat mutikultur. Tahap pengembangan model berhasil menemukan model hipotetik dilakukan lewat uji lapangan dengan teknik quai eksperimental. Data diperoleh lewat tes dan dianalisis dengan teknik uji beda mean (t-tes). Hasil uji model dapat membuktikan efektivitas model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan, yaitu dengan nilai t- hitung = 3,253 dengan signifikansi (P) = 0,003. Breast milk contains high immune antibodies and killer germs that can reduce the risk of infant mortality but exclusive breastfeeding coverage in Indonesia is only 55,7% and has not reached the government target of 80%. This study aims to determine the relation between delivery process of baby, breast crawl and mother's knowledge with exclusive breastfeeding at RSIA Pertiwi Makassar.The research is an analytical research with cross sectional design. Samples of this study are 155 newborn babies at RSIA Pertiwi Makassar. Data collected by interview using questionnaire then analyzed by Chi Square Test in SPSS program. The results show that there are 54,2% respondents who gave exclusive breastfeeding. There are 59,4% respondents with normal delivery process. There are 20,6% respondents who did breast crawl. Thera are 11,6% respondents with good knowledge. The result of statistical test shows that there are relation between delivery process of baby, breast crawl, and mother's knowledge with exclusive breastfeeding.

ABSTRAKThe government issued a Balanced Nutrition Guidelines (BNG) starting in 2014, with the aim of being used as a guideline in the administration of meals starting at the family and national level. The application of BNG to date has not been evenly distributed, especially for housewives who are not working, poor and have low education. In housewives like this usually children under five years old are obtained with nutritional problems both under nutrition and stunting. The use of posyandu cadres as a facilitator for local communities is expected to be able to transfer knowledge well because it is supported by factors of closeness and good emotional ties with housewives around their homes.This research is a study that measures the knowledge, attitudes and skills of posyandu cadres in implementing PGS. Materials in improving the indicators are used by the BNG module. Measurements are carried out 2 times. Research result provide an illustration that there is an increase in knowledge about the use of PGS twice as much and change in knowledge by 32%. Attitude changes increased 16% and skills change reached 48%.
