Entzauberte Demokratie?: sozialpsychologische Aspekte des Systemwandels in Polen

Die Verfasser setzen sich in ihrem Aufsatz mit Einstellungen der polnischen Bevölkerung zum Systemwechsel in Polen 1989 bis 1991 auseinander. In ihrer empirischen Untersuchung berücksichtigen die Autoren unter sozialpsychologischem Blickwinkel folgende Aspekte: (1) Die Einstellung der Polen zur Demokratie; (2) Soziale und politische Wertorientierungen: sozialistische, liberale, internationalistische, nationalistische Orientierungen; (3) Individualismus und Kollektivismus; (4) Auto- und Heterostereotype der Polen; (5) Dynamik und Beziehung der Bevölkerung zur politischen Aktivität; (6) Einstellungen zu öffentlichen Institutionen und Personen. Die Daten zeigen nach Maßgabe der Autoren eine Grundtendenz der Enttäuschung, verursacht durch die Folgewirkungen des Systemwandels. Dadurch wurden bestimmte sozialpsychologische Charakteristika geweckt. Diese sind die systematische Zunahme an kollektivistischen Orientierungen, eine Zunahme der Xenophobie sowie ein wachsendes Gefühl politischer Anomie. (ICC)
